NEET is the common entrance exam for admission to MBBS courses in India. Competition is intensifying year by year, making it difficult to crack down on high-ranking NEETs and secure seats at national medical universities.

Study Tips for Cracking Neat on Your First Try

1. Create a study plan to complete the NEET curriculum on time

The advantage of a daily study schedule for NEETs is that once you complete a task, you already know what's next on your schedule. Starting your day on the same footing can motivate you to study consistently, even when you don't want to.

2. Don't omit topics or chapters that seem less important to NEETs

For NEET exams, questions can be from any topic or chapter. Complete all topics, as simple questions may arise from topics that may seem unimportant or difficult to read. Study every day for a while, but don’t make a marathon study session in one day.

3. Study NCERT textbooks, coaching modules, and reference books for practicing NEET level questions

Reading the NCERT textbook line by line is something that is considered to be mandatory. Further, checking out examples, exercises, summaries, and NCERTs are all important for NEETs. Questions may come to NEETs from outside NCERT. These questions should be covered in coaching materials and reference books. Hence, do check out all popular study materials without fail.

4. Revise daily and make revision notes

NEET schedules require fixed revision slots. Solve the problem according to the theory and fix it effectively. Prepare short notes for NEETs that you can revise before the exam. Create flowcharts, diagrams, charts, posters, post-its, etc., and paste them wherever possible, and keep looking.

5. Get coaching to increase your chances of passing a NEET exam

Take the NEET coaching class if you haven't already. Coaching provides excellent insight into quality teaching, questions, and tests conducted based on NEET exam patterns. Furthermore, it helps maintain the confidence to crack NEET on the first try. But yes, you can also go with self-learning and still crack NEET on the first try.
